Sylvia E. Heldreth
Ms. Heldreth was born in Ludwigshaven, Germany and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She practiced law in California for thirteen years. She has held positions that included senior national underwriting, claims and management at major national title insurers in California before moving to Cape Coral in 1991.
Ms. Heldreth has an extensive background in business law, condominium law, probate administration, real estate, title insurance, and wills, trusts and estate planning. She has assisted a variety of clients in real estate matters, business law issues and providing title insurance for real estate closings.
She also has a special commitment to meeting the legal needs of German speaking clients and those involved in international transactions and issues of foreign buyers and sellers.
She writes a weekly real estate issues column for the Cape Coral Breeze newspaper. Copies of her columns appear on this web site.
